Real Estate Management Company is looking for an Accountant / Office Manager in Midtown Office in New York.
Responsibilities:
Process monthly rent deposit to the bank from 100 tenants of high class condominiums
Process management fee
Process quarterly Tax payments
Communicate with tenants for delinquent payments
Perform other duties upon request from the management
Requirements
1 years of Accounting experience (AR, AP, Tax payment)
Decent communicator in English with correct grammar
Japanese language is a plus, but not required
