We are currently looking for Customer Service Managers. We are looking for someone with customer service experience who can grow with our company. Collision experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
– Proactively communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure a positive experience
– Providing an excellent customer experience by communicating with customers at vehicle drop off through completion of the repair
– Writing repair plan estimates on damaged vehicles.
