Ban-Koe Systems is currently hiring a Customer Service Agent at our Bloomington, MN location. We are seeking motivated candidates who are comfortable working independently. The Customer Service Agent will serve as the first point of contact to Ban-Koe customers, taking inbound calls and processing inbound voicemails and emails. This role will appropriately route and escalate incoming service issues and requests to internal resources. The Customer Service Agent will provide customers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues and increases overall trust and satisfaction in Ban-Koe’s products and services.

The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The starting wage is $18 - $20/hour depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Handle high volume incoming telephone and email inquiries.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely, professional, efficient, and service-oriented manner.
• Create service tickets in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and assign to the appropriate Global Support Representative for immediate follow up.
• Recommend upgrades on systems to ensure longevity and supportability.
• Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, capabilities, and promotions.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Adhere to all company standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous customer service experience (in-bound calls); experience in technical software/hardware (electronics) industry a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Advanced schooling preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft software products.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
