About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Sales Enablement and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that supports the field sales team, including subject matter experts, sales operations and CRM leaders, and inside sales. This role involves ensuring the team's success in key account management, CRM software and sales management tools, and strategic growth support. The VP will also be tasked with strategic planning, operational management, analytics, and spearheading initiatives to improve sales performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and serving as a subject matter expert in K-12 funding are also key aspects of the position.Candidates for this remote role with The Company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or sales operations within K-12 solution and service-based models, and 10-15 years of leadership experience managing remote sales professionals. A strategic mindset, legislative understanding, and proven experience in RFP procurement are essential. The role requires a leader with a collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance environment. The VP will be expected to have a strong track record in enhancing sales operations, strategy, and execution, and to be adept at aligning team objectives with broader organizational goals.
