Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and possess excellent clerical and bookkeeping skills. As the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll, human resources, benefits, and data entry. This is a vital role within our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Conduct data entry for employee information, benefits, and timekeeping
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide HR administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in payroll (ie Paychex, ADP, etc) and similar HRIS software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Knowledge of payroll management processes and best practices
