JOB SUMMARY (RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO):
To supervise the cleanliness and appearance of guest accommodations and public space and see that all personnel performing housekeeping operations carry out their assignments in accordance with established standards. Responsible for all housekeeping problems, supplies, linen, equipment, work orders to Maintenance Staff and other duties as assigned or required. Works to ensure that departmental staff is well trained and provided with the tools necessary to provide maximum guest satisfaction.

1. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule department personnel.

3. Monitor, evaluate, and document employee performance.
