McGillin’s Olde Ale House, Philadelphia's most famous tavern, seeks qualified applicants for the position of Line Cook. Experience on a high volume line critical, the ability to multitask and move quickly is key.
If you have the instinct to use seasonal ingredients and can work well with others, this might be your place! We are open seven days a week, including brunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
Nights and weekends availability is very important our kitchen closes at 1am 7 nights a week. Professionalism, cleanliness and organization are critical.
