L’Appartement Hair Boudoir is a hair salon set in the highest traditions of French beauty and style. We are seeking experienced and personable front desk receptionist.

Candidate must be professional with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, and must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Proficiency with computers is required and previous salon experience is a plus. Must be a team player, able to multi-task, pays attention to detail, enthusiastic, and has excellent customer service skills.

Daily Duties:

• Capability to work with others in order to build a strong team environment
• Superior communication and telephone /email etiquette.
• Ability to schedule appointments accordingly.
• Ensure front desk is neat and orderly at all times.
• Operating booking system (Training available for DaySmart booking software)
• Detailed knowledge of salon's menu of services and pricing.
• Monitor and administer schedules.

Qualifications:

• Work a flexible schedule-days, including Saturdays.
• Ability to perform administrative duties.
• Present professional image.
• Communication between salon executives and staff
• Knowledge of hair services (highlights, balayage, single process)

Cosmetology License is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
