L'Accolade is Hiring a Line Cook Near New York, NY

Fine dining Neobistrot looking for Experienced Line Cook.
L'Accolade is seeking experienced an experienced line cook to work as a part of our team!

We are a neobistrot that provides high quality, thoughtfully sourced food and natural wines to the neighbourhood in a friendly and unassuming environment.
Dinner at our restaurant can be kept simple and a la carte, or guests can go for the full culinary experience with our 3 courses prix fixe menu. We are now open for Dinner Tuesday-Saturday, 5pm to 11pm, and Brunch Friday-Saturday 11am - 3pm.
Our menu highlights seasonal produce and takes inspiration from France, Italy and the Mediterranean.
Responsibilities include:
-Memorize all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen including portion sizes and seasoning standards
-Ensure that all food prep areas, food storage areas and kitchen stations meet cleaning standards and adhere to restaurant closing procedures
-Work with the chef and kitchen team to do daily prep work and help deliver the highest quality of food and service possible
-Work with the chef and kitchen team to create new dishes, as our menu changes seasonally
-Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product as outlined by the chef
We are running open interviews for the next 2 weeks. Stop by the restaurant with your resume, Tuesday-Saturday between 12pm-4pm.

L'Accolade has immediate opportunities for organized individuals to work closely with the chef as full time cooks, as well as other boh positions.
