Responsibilities:
  1. Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Deliver exceptional service by educating customers, addressing inquiries, providing client information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Sales: Utilize your excellent sales skills to educate the products/services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Then, closing the customer.
  3. Build Rapport: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs better and tailor solutions to meet their individual requirements.
  4. Product Knowledge: Master our clients to provide accurate and insightful information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  5. Problem Resolution: Proactively handle problems while aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
  6. Meet Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Continuously strive to exceed goals and contribute to the company's overall growth!
  7. Promotional Events: Executing promotional events across the Nashville, Tennessee area. Engage with potential customers during events to drive sales and create brand awareness.
Requirements:
  1. Previous Sales Experience: 2 years of proven success in customer service sales or a related field preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  3. Sales-Driven: A passion for sales and a natural ability to influence and persuade customers.
  4. Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about our clients quickly.

  7. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using iPads. We will provide the equipment.
