- Outstanding Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Deliver exceptional service by educating customers, addressing inquiries, providing client information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales: Utilize your excellent sales skills to educate the products/services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction. Then, closing the customer.
- Build Rapport: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs better and tailor solutions to meet their individual requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Master our clients to provide accurate and insightful information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively handle problems while aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
- Meet Sales Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Continuously strive to exceed goals and contribute to the company's overall growth!

- Previous Sales Experience: 2 years of proven success in customer service sales or a related field preferred but not required.
