As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to support families in safeguarding their futures. Serving as the initial point of contact for our clients, you'll guide them through the process of protecting their loved ones, ensuring they feel confident and secure. Responsibilities:
Build quick rapport with clients, educating them on the importance of various protection services.
Utilize effective sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to showcase products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet each customer's needs.
Address inquiries regarding various protection services and provide follow-up support to customers.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Guide clients through necessary paperwork and processes via phone.
Respond promptly to emails and handle inbound/outbound phone calls.
Essential Functions:
Utilize office equipment such as personal computers, printers, and telephones.
Demonstrate specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment.
Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
Maintain effective telephone communication for extended periods.
Demonstrate attention to detail, active listening, and multitasking abilities.
Adapt to a moderate noise level in the work environment.
