Position : Customer Service Representative
Pay : $24/hour
Shift :
- Days : Sunday to Thursday
- Hours : 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline of our company, providing timely and effective support to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include data entry tasks and responding to customer inquiries via email. In your first three hours, you'll tackle 200 emails, showcasing your efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage a high volume of emails efficiently to ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
