As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service and growing with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hours: M-F 10:00am – 6pm, Every other Saturday 8:45am – 4pm (ending hours can vary)
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email and texting.
• Educate customers about our eco-friendly dry-cleaning practices and services.
• Process customer orders, including garment inspection, tagging, invoicing & QA
• Assist with garment pick-up and drop-off services.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Sell wedding dress cleaning and preservation.
• Wedding dress paperwork and preservation.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Collaborate with our team to maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Ability to learn and absorb new information
• Enthusiasm for learning about dry cleaning and garment care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
