Our work environment includes:
```Duties```
- Prepare sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to portion control guidelines for cost-effective food production
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques in sushi preparation
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role is preferred but not needed
- Server knowledge recommended but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of raw fish and seafood
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
