Position: Commission-Based Sales Associate
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Negotiate terms and close sales transactions to achieve revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.
- Field experience in painting, cleaning, and waterproofing also a plus.
