Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and experience in budgeting and financial analysis. Duties: - Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and clerical personnel - Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative processes - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff - Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email - Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with budgeting process and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals - Collaborate with external accountants to prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with tax regulations - Maintain knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience in office management or related role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
