We are a well established pediatric dental practice looking to form a new relationship with a key leader in the practice. We are looking for an experienced person who has been an Office Manager/Team Leader of a dental practice or a physician's office.
The Office Manager/Team Leader is the caretaker and guardian of the front office systems. S/he plays an integral role in keeping the team and office running smoothly. S/he is responsible for the ideal running of the operational systems associated wit the front desk which include: scheduling patients for both Dr(s) and Hygiene and Dr, presenting treatment, negotiating F/As, and following up with insurance and collections. The Office Manager is also responsible for admin /team management duties which include: responsibility for the human resource aspects of the practice, sharing in training, team coaching, and conflict resolution, in addition to monitoring the metrics associated with the expectations of each job role.
His/her contributions create a smoothly running, high-moral practice with a happy and productive team, S/he works closely with patients, the clinical team and the doctor to facilitate a seamless transition from discussion of treatment to commitment to a financial plan. S/he creates a warm, caring environment with the team. The office manager may also be responsible for some internal accounting dues that support the practice’s goals for profitability.
