Position: Office Assistant/Receptionist

Competitive pay includes a base hourly rate for this position, and it is a full-time position. After one year of employment, full time employees are eligible for health benefits, including dental coverage.

Location: Portland Metro Area, OR 97229

Position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. This is NOT a work remote position. A vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance is required for this position.

  • Proficiency in computer software programs (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets) and tech-savvy with smartphones
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders
  • High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Screening office visitors and managing front desk reception
  • Handling phone calls, messages, and client inquiries via our texting channel
  • Posting messages in our internal communication platform
  • Providing accurate data report(s) on staff CX performance
  • Assisting with event planning and office meetings
  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
  • Correspondence preparation and document management
  • Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Running property errands and assisting with property management tasks such as key copies, lockbox install/removals, sign install/removals, mail pick up/drop off, etc.
