Krishna Realty is Hiring an Executive Personal/Office Assistant Near Portland, OR

Krishna Realty is a growing Real Estate Sales and Property Management Company licensed in Oregon and Washington. Our goal is to help our clients get the best value in Real Estate transactions by leveraging a combination of our experience and the latest tools and technologies. Our team works hard to provide excellent service, whether a client is purchasing a new home, selling a home, buying investment property such as a rental home, land, or a vacation home etc. We also specialize in property management, we manage 400 rental homes for our clients.

Job description:

We are seeking fabulous multitasking, career driven candidates who are excited and ready to jump into a fast paced environment! We are looking for someone to join our team who has a friendly personality, open to learning new skills and assisting others. This position is great for someone who is looking to transition into an office environment, or create a new career path for themselves. This position involves various responsibilities (a few are listed below). The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth, a willingness to learn, drive for success, and a passion for the Real Estate industry and helping others!

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills -written, verbal and typing.
  • Detail oriented with a very high level of accuracy.
  • Professional and reliable
  • Be a self starter and have a go-getter attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast pace culture
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Proficient with computer software programs i.e learning new programs/softwares as well as being proficient with Gmail/Gdocs/Gsheets, Smart Phones, etc.
  • A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance is required for this position
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job i.e lift up to 40 pounds, climb a ladder, etc.
  • One year administrative or customer service experience preferred

Position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. Competitive pay includes a base hourly pay for this position and is a full time position

Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Screening office visitors
  • Assist in set up/planning for events
  • Assist in set up/planning of office meetings
  • Assist in organization and cleanliness of all office
  • Provide personal assistance to leadership team
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Help maintain the accuracy of property notes/documents
  • Answering phone system in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing and setting appointments on active calendars
  • Daily prioritizing mail and emails
  • Assist with daily administrative office duties
  • Going to multiple location (homes) in a day
  • Arranging travel plans with itinerary and agendas
  • Assisting in property errands (i.e making keys, going to the post office, mail runs, sign and lockbox installs, etc.)
  • Scanning and organizing document (electronic and hard copy files)
  • Corresponding with staff and clients
  • Using tools to document properties for example: phones, laptop, moisture gun reader, temperature gun reader, etc.
  • Assisting with Property Management Tasks i.e work order coordination/tenant and owner requests, property inspections, etc.

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Portland, OR 97229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
