Krishna Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of multiple properties.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure each property meets all lease terms and conditions.
• Maintain all maintenance requests, complaints, and repairs.
• Ensure all buildings are in a clean and safe condition.
• Ensure all common areas are maintained.
• Ensure all parking lot areas are clear of trash and debris.
• Report any safety or health concerns at a property to the management team.
• Assist with maintenance on-site at properties.
• Assist with training and development of other team members.
• Complete required training.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision or supervision from management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in property management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
