*Job Description* Qualifications • 2-3 years of managerial experience and At least 1 year of one-site experience. • Strong written and verbal communication/teamwork skills • Professional presentation • Willingness to learn and work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset Responsibilities • Daily oversight/maintenance of curb appeal • Promotion of Property through outside marketing campaigns • Performance of showings to interested applicants • Relationship building in the local community • Management of onsite residents including but not limited to rent collection, evictions proceedings, community rule enforcement, etc. • Budget management and financial reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
