Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager. We own about 300 rental properties throughout Houston and Galveston. Your main job would be leasing but also assisting the property manager with other tasks as needed.

Duties:
- Leasing activities, including showing available units, marketing available units (Zillow, Facebook marketplace, yard signs, etc.) conducting tenant screenings, preparing lease agreements, creating work orders for work needed in vacant units, turning on/off utilities as tenants move out/in, etc.

- Lease renewals - calling tenants 90 and 60 days before their lease expires and convince them to renew.
- Conduct weekly inspections of all vacant units

- Hold open houses for vacant properties on Saturdays
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and documentation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 28 per week

Schedule:
