Bi-Lingual Leasing Agent
Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing results and strategy. The Leasing Consultant is a critical member of our onsite community team, marketing and leasing apartments to prospective residents while providing fantastic customer service throughout the entire lease process and on an ongoing basis to residents. Our Leasing Consultants make a big impact in many small ways - a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, taking a genuine interest in our residents and prospective residents. Our Leasing Consultants create a positive and lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents, and understand the importance of every interaction.
· Processes all applications from end to end.
· Assist with conducting move-out inspections and move-in inspections.
· Processes delinquency notices, lease violations, and outstanding billing notices and proactively pursues balances and compliance.
· Prepare move-out packets and corresponding documents.
· Show prospective residents’ apartments and explain occupancy terms.
· Review leasing activity along with occupancy and make recommendations for specials, promotions, and/or advertising that may be needed to generate leasing activity and increase occupancy.
· Send out 3-day notice and balance due notices accordingly. Proactively pursue outstanding balances.
· Assist with maintaining resident records and processing new resident files.
· Assist in the resolution of tenant complaints concerning other tenants or visitors when applicable.
· Assist with accounting pre-close
· Assist the Property Manager with resident relations as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 years of Property Experience
· 2-3 years of One Site Experience
· Bilingual in English and Spanish languages
