Leasing Agent/Consultant

Immediate interviews are being scheduled for customer service-minded, motivated administrative professionals interested in the apartment leasing industry or experienced Leasing Agents/Consultants wanting to join a progressive company that will allow room for growth.

In this tenant-facing position, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal apartment home and ensuring a smooth leasing process

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective residents and provide them with information about available units
• Conduct tours of the property, highlighting key features and amenities
• Assist prospective residents with completing lease applications and necessary paperwork
• Follow up with prospective residents to answer any questions and provide additional information
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize occupancy rates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Stay knowledgeable about LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and ensure compliance during the leasing process
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure equal housing opportunities for all applicants
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred (training available)
• Administrative experience or knowledge of the apartment leasing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or leasing software
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Negotiation or selling experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Professional appearance
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to support sister locations based on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
