Property Manager
Overview
Krishna Management Inc. is currently hiring for a dynamic Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end apartments, customer service and marketing skills. This position is part of our Onsite Business Management team which provides onsite management, leasing and maintenance as well as marketing the city's finest apartments!
Responsibilities
·Manage resident relations including on-call support after hours when the property is busy
·Provide on-going customer service, marketing and apartment rental services
·Coordinate with other property managers to provide market leading services to the residents and to the overall property
·Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure the success of your team
·Monitor financial performance by analyzing monthly rent collections, lease agreements, lease renewals and accounts payable
·Analyze trends in apartment sales and rentals in Houston, TX and develop strategic marketing plans to increase sales
·Analyze resident feedback and provide on-going improvement recommendations to the property management team
·Ensure all safety regulations are met and that resident living standards are maintained at the highest level of quality
Desired Experience and Education
·College degree or higher in real estate, business or relevant field preferred
·5 years’ experience in multifamily property management preferred
·Strong customer service skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients
·Previous experience working with LeaseNet, Yardi or other vendor software is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
