We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the property, maintaining tenant satisfaction, maximizing property occupancy, and overseeing daily operations. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management principles. Assisting supervisors as needed.

• Manage all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Enforce property policies & protocols within the office and throughout the property
• Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Oversee property maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs/ renovations, and monitor property performance
• Coordinate property inspections
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations, including Fair Housing guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of property income and expenses
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion
• Resident retention and customer service
• Greeting and qualifying customers
• Property tours
• Leasing, processing rental applications
• Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and verifying references
• Generate new leases/ renewals and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
• Market available units to attract potential tenants
• Ensure that all units are properly maintained
• Preventative maintenance property walks, maintenance work orders
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours/days

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property management or related field
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant housing laws
• Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities
• Proficient in using property management software for administrative tasks
• Familiarity with lease agreements
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
