Job Description

The Los Angeles Civil Division is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include assisting the high-volume statements of qualifications (SOQ)/proposal production process, maintaining marketing information systems, and increasing KPFF LA Civil brand awareness.

Day-to-day activities include.

• Learning and understanding KPFF LA Civil’s portfolio of work and expertise
• Reviewing a wide range of materials for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and consistency
• Supporting the entire proposal and SOQ development process including editing, writing, and formatting
• Maintaining marketing assets including resumes, project descriptions, photos, and Deltek database
• Identifying and tracking project leads
• Assisting with business development research initiatives
• Creating and editing engaging content for external and internal communications efforts

What experience you need.

• One to three years of experience in a marketing or administrative role
• Marketing experience in an AEC environment is strongly desired
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
