The Monetization Product team at TikTok focuses on building a global marketing platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses and creators grow through TikTok Promote, an in-app advertising platform on TikTok. This role will be a part of the SMB Growth team, a function that supports product development from beginning to end, including driving product strategy, supporting product launches and managing direct growth channels to SMB audiences.
This role will ensure the smooth end-to-end operation of products that support millions of businesses on TikTok's platform. This role will support test, rollout & iterate marketing and growth campaigns, as well as content marketing initiatives throughout the product development cycle and growth efforts. The candidate should be passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving product objectives, and working with multiple partners.
Responsibilities
  • Help develop and execute a content marketing strategy for TikTok Promote that aligns with the revenue goals and supports our overall growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content that supports our marketing goals.
  • Drive and execute marketing campaign launches and manage product operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Business, Marketing, User insights, and Compliance to guarantee operational readiness. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives and timelines.
Qualifications
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3 years in operation, content marketing, consulting, program management or equivalent roles
  • Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and result-driven with cross-cultural empathy.
  • Analytical skillsets, with experience drawing insights from multiple data sources
  • Highly skilled at synthesizing business insights and problem solving
  • Experience working with international teams across time zones

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $232644 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
