Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 people and overseeing all workflows and client projects for 30 clients at a time. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment and be extremely meticulous with superior attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 8 people responsible for executing marketing and publicity campaigns for our clients
Develop and oversee all project workflows, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards for our marketing, publicity, social media, and email marketing campaigns for clients
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as press releases, social media posts, and website content for clients and company
Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring that their goals are met
Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget constraints
Monitor and analyze performance data, making recommendations for improvements as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Superior attention to detail and the ability to work with meticulous accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
