Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Coordinate and oversee health care plans, insurance plans, digital platform, and others
- Manage and implement employee handbook
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Willingness to help with answering phones
- manage A/R and A/P
- coordinate employee PTO requests and record keeping of PTO taken
Skills:
- Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees
- Experienced in handling payroll and record keeping
- Proficiency in Quick Books preferred
- Administrative skills including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling
-Experience with Human Resources department a PLUS
