Director of Finance
Mid-sized law firm with locations in PA and NJ seeks Director of Finance to oversee Billing, Accounting and Finance Depts. Successful candidate will provide operational and organizational leadership to financial departments within the firm, oversee daily operations and provide reporting and business and strategic advice. Ability to obtain, analyze and utilize all financial and operational data to implement and improve financial management processes. Position requires initiative, independent follow-through, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required qualifications: 5-10 years’ accounting and finance experience, including minimum 2 years’ Controller responsibility. Strong computer skills. MBA and law firm experience strongly preferred.
