day to connect the right people with the right kind of place. Currently, we are searching for a Director-level candidate to join and lead our Accounting and Finance search division (executive, contingent, and staffing searches).

As the Director of our Accounting and Finance search division, you will be expected to accomplish the position's requirements while also providing feedback to further improve processes within the business.

Expectations:

● Develop and maintain a full book of business via prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and attending networking events.
● Schedule and conduct client meetings and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
● Negotiate and execute executive, direct-hire, and contract staffing agreements.
● Manage, develop, and grow a team of high-performing, full-desk recruiters, including onboarding, training, performance management, and goal setting.
● Participate in various Business Development activities and review opportunities for Juno Search Partners to expand the business.
● Have a solid understanding of Juno's business and culture to serve as the face of the organization when communicating with the candidates and business leaders.
● Develop content for new blogs, email blasts, and monthly newsletters.
● Create and lead company-wide training related to sales and recruiting.
● Develop and report on team metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience; agency environment preferred.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
● Strong sense of urgency and goal-oriented.
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
● Well-spoken and well-written, confident in professional settings.
● Eager to grow financially and professionally, Juno offers uncapped earnings.
