Reporting to the President & CEO, this is an outstanding opportunity to help lead and strategically grow a progressive and highly regarded Financial Services organization of scale. Our Client is a local, member-focused alternative to larger banks with a progressive culture that fosters teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and member commitment.

Key priorities include:

• As a collaborative partner, lead the marketing function to support overall strategic goals and initiatives.
• Oversee all aspects of branding, marketing, and advertising strategy; public relations; reputation management and crisis communications; content marketing; external communications; social media; and media relations.
• Use data, analytics, and digital marketing strategies to promote products/services, strong member relationships, and overall institutional branding.
• Drive new product/service development and promotion to enhance reach and share of wallet.

The successful candidate will bring:

• Prior financial services industry experience is required.
• A minimum of ten years of marketing, member service, and/or management experience (or equivalent).
• Prior experience orchestrating brand identity, creative member-centric marketing campaigns, and the member experience across all channels (traditional and digital) preferred.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies, social media, and platform integrations.
