Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking Project Manager to join our crew.
We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets.  We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to support our technicians and carpenters in the field as well as to engage and direct projects directly with our customers! 
Your primary responsibilities will be to manage, optimize and drive efficiencies in the end-to-end processes that result after the salesperson has made a sale. Ultimately, the project manager will coordinate all facets of the job post sale to ensure the job goes smoothly and error free; and is expected to develop, manage, and communicate an ongoing calendar / schedule for all projects across the organization and with customers. 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops & maintains the master calendar of jobs across the organization; make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed. 
  • Directs communication with customers, employees, and contractors (pre, during and post installation), managing customer expectations on timeline, prep work, and issues resolution.
  • Partner with our assistant production manager on measuring and ordering for jobs post sale to ensure cabinet materials are ordered correctly and properly received/accounted for after order to keep projects on track.
  • Arranges for delivery of cabinet and other products to the job site, shop and coordinates that with the customers.
  • Inspects the completion and quality of all jobs and partners with installation team on documenting punch-outs in BuilderTrend (online project management tool).
  • Partner with general manager in developing smooth and efficient operations of procedures of job handoffs between sales and operations.
  • Visits job sites regularly, partners with installation team to run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
  • Able to help, teach and join in on the work if needed
  • Able to problem solve on the job sites
 
Ideal Candidates:
  • Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekday and weekend hours on planning/communication of projects with customers.
  • Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results. 
  • Is computer savvy and has an analytic mind and great organization skills.
  • Has excellent communication skills and savviness in managing customers’ expectations and in dealing with issue resolution.
