We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets. We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team.
- Develops & maintains the master calendar of jobs across the organization; make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed.
- Directs communication with customers, employees, and contractors (pre, during and post installation), managing customer expectations on timeline, prep work, and issues resolution.
- Partner with our assistant production manager on measuring and ordering for jobs post sale to ensure cabinet materials are ordered correctly and properly received/accounted for after order to keep projects on track.
- Arranges for delivery of cabinet and other products to the job site, shop and coordinates that with the customers.
- Inspects the completion and quality of all jobs and partners with installation team on documenting punch-outs in BuilderTrend (online project management tool).
- Partner with general manager in developing smooth and efficient operations of procedures of job handoffs between sales and operations.
- Visits job sites regularly, partners with installation team to run multiple jobsites efficiently and safely.
- Able to help, teach and join in on the work if needed
- Able to problem solve on the job sites
- Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekday and weekend hours on planning/communication of projects with customers.
- Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
- Is computer savvy and has an analytic mind and great organization skills.
- Has excellent communication skills and savviness in managing customers’ expectations and in dealing with issue resolution.
