Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking Sales Assistant to join our crew.
We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinets.  We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to support our sales teams efforts as well as to engage and direct projects directly with our customers! 
Your primary responsibilities will be to support our sales and project teams in the qualifying, nurturing, and planning/executing phases of the lead and customer execution processes of our business. Ultimately, the sales assistant will support and manage multiple phases of the pre and post sales processes of the job including calling to schedule appointments and job executional details and ensure pre/post sales job processes go smoothly and error free. They will also be expected to develop and manage an ongoing digital calendar / schedule for all sales leads and projects across the organization.
This role will be based in our new Denver showroom primarily and has opportunity to grow into a design (sales) consultant role with our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Call appointments to learn more about project and relay findings to sales team
  • Call new leads and book appointments. 
  • Handle walk-ins to the showroom and introduce them to our offerings and convert to appointments. 
  • Answer work line for incoming leads and convert into sales consultation appointments.
  • Develops & maintains the master calendar of jobs across the organization using online project management software (Buildertrend). Strong computer skills a must.
  • Reviews installation details and coordinates job dates and schedule with customers, installers, contractors, and internal sales/operations teams. 
  • Responsible for partnering with operations teams in customer communication from post job sale to job kick-off. 
  • Participates jointly with sales, operations, and management teams in job planning and briefing meetings.
  • Ability to handle and navigate job complaints and issues with customers, employees, and contractors
  • Assists sales and operations teams on additional activities as needed
  • Assists in project of the month submissions, social media management/postings, and customer reviews. 
  • Assists in mapping and ordering decorative hardware for projects
  • Maintains and keeps the showroom looking clean and organized
Qualifications
  • Computer and smartphone proficient.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated and dependable.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and willing to learn new computer programs.
  • Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with using social media for business lead generation preferred, but not required.
