At Kisco Senior Living, the role of the Marketing Manager entails the development and supervision of direct marketing initiatives and branded materials across all established communities to bolster the attainment of sales lead generation targets. The core responsibility centers on overseeing the full spectrum of marketing requirements for Kisco Lifestyle Communities. This involves orchestrating the assistance of the Home Office Marketing team for graphic design, copywriting, website enhancements, eblasts, promotional resources, coordination of public relations efforts, and, when applicable, management of an Advertising agency.
Moreover, a key emphasis is placed on close collaboration with the creative manager to craft compelling copy that spans advertising, direct mail, website content, digital marketing, and collateral materials. This collaborative effort ensures alignment with Kisco Senior Living's branding and messaging standards. The ultimate objective is to meticulously plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at amplifying leads resulting from community-specific marketing endeavors, all the while rigorously assessing Return on Investment (ROI) and diligently monitoring the budgetary allocation.
This is a Hyrbrid position and requires working from our Carlsbad California office 2-3 days a week. Travel (up to 35%) is required for this position Nationwide.
