Job Purpose: To plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in support of acquisition strategies, brand awareness and lead generation with the goal to drive website traffic and generate leads.

Job Summary: Develop, plan, and implement top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel digital marketing campaigns across online channels.

Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

• Develop, plan, and implement top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel digital marketing efforts across online channels for content marketing, website content, SEO, advertising (PPC, Display, Native, Media) and 3rd-party tools on an on-going basis to cultivate demand generation and acquisition.
• Using detailed timelines, manage the creation, delivery, placement, and budget of advertising deliverables including PPC, Display, Native, Paid Media, 3rd-Party articles, landing pages and more.
• Manage and work with agencies, vendors and media partners for company’s advertising and media buys, 3rd-party article placement and digital marketing tools.
• Work with social media and Acquisition teams to plan content marketing to drive demand and lead generation. Develop and maintain a content calendar for digital marketing assets, including website content, blogs, resources, press releases, downloads, testimonials, emails, awards and more.
• Track and analyze advertising spend and report on results to assess performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate production & distribution of the Buffini & Company Digest email for clients and an internal newsletter for client-facing teams.
• Ensure corporate brand and voice is consistent throughout digital marketing efforts.
• Proofread content as needed.
• Continually look for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years professional experience. 
• Deep understanding of acquisition techniques, digital marketing tactics, best practices across all digital channels, marketing measurement and advanced tracking methods
• Experience working with agencies and outside vendors, working within a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and excellent project management skills.
• Proactive problem solver, exceptional team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates strong creative skills and understanding of the creative process. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive – Dropbox, Marketo, Google Analytics and project management software.
