Role Overview:
Joining our Marketing team, the Content Marketing Coordinator will be a dynamic, creative force, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting our Marketing and Business Development efforts from our Carlsbad office, with regular visits to project sites for content capture. A reliable means of transportation is required, with mileage reimbursable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging content for social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Weekly site visits for fresh content.
  • Author 2-3 blog posts monthly.
  • Manage various marketing projects, including content collection, profile creation in Adobe InDesign, and website updates via WordPress.
  • Capture team member headshots and update website content.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong social media platform management
  • Canva, WordPress basics
  • HubSpot fundamentals
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
