Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Phoenix, AZ (and Surrounding Areas)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our growth in the region.
Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the Robbinsville Twp, New Jersey area and its surrounding regions. You will be the face of our company, presenting our products/services to potential customers and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, as well as a strong drive for results.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory, primarily in Robbinsville Twp, New Jersey , and its surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and promote our products/services as the ideal solution.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team, including sales managers, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them from the competition.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking and documenting all sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in floorimg is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to uncover new business opportunities independently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Location:
This position is based in the Robbinsville Twp, New Jersey area and requires regular travel within the region. Candidates residing in Robbinsville Twp, New Jersey or nearby cities will be given preference.
We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary and commission.
