Length of Contract: initial 12 months with extensions
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, and an understanding of software development. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Conduct system analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in technical business analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Education:
- Minimum Education: a bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred: master's degree in a relevant field or relevant industry certifications.
