Job Title: WIC Business Analyst
Job Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Type: Contract
Job Duration: Long Term. (Onsite assignment, hybrid after 3 months)
Description
1. Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
2. Five years of current experience working in a development team environment coordinating, overseeing, and implementing operational systems with technical staff, users, and customers (e.g.,, requirements documentation, translation, user acceptance testing, ER diagramming, or flow charts).
3. Five years of current experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team members using MS Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps and the corresponding Visual Studio CVS integration tools.
4. Five years of current experience with adapting complex, multi-system interface, interaction, end user specifications to necessary programing language requirement specifications.
5. Five years of current experience in working with the software development lifecycle framework, particularly in leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing tasks.
Preferred:
1. Experience in the development and implementation of WIC information systems.
2. Experience using project management and planning software such as Microsoft Project and Visio.
3. Experience with Federal and Florida state data security and data system law and regulations.
4. Experience with database query program language, such as Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
5. Progressively responsible business analyst or project management support experience.
