We areseeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Business Analyst tojoin our team in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have previousexperience collaborating with government agencies to develop references, jobaids, multi-media training materials, and templates. Additionally, thecandidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as theywill be responsible for conducting interviews and shadowing staff members togather insights into operational processes. The ability to design andadminister comprehensive Training Needs Assessments is essential for this role.
The primary responsibilities andduties include:
·Collaborate with government agencies to understand their operationalprocesses and requirements.
·Develop references, job aids, multi-media training materials, andtemplates to support government agency staff.
·Conduct interviews and shadow staff members to gain insights intoday-to-day tasks and challenges.
·Design and administer Training Needs Assessments to identify gaps inknowledge and skills among staff.
·Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize training initiatives basedon assessment results.
·Create, organize, and maintain training materials and resources.
·Provide guidance and support to staff members during the trainingprocess.
·Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and makerecommendations for improvements.
·Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends infinancial analysis and training methodologies.
·Previous experience working with government agencies to developtraining materials and resources.
·Experience working within one or more Correction’s Department(s) in asimilar role is preferred.
·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexfinancial data.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Experience conducting interviews and shadowing staff members.
·Proven ability to design and administer Training Needs Assessments.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
Bachelor's degree in Finance,Business Administration, or related field.
