Kilgore Ind. is Hiring an Executive Sales Leader (Statewide) Near Houston, TX
Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in the state of Texas is seeking a State-wide Sales Manager to continue to grow our Service Division. In this exciting new role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our Commercial and Industrial Service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing business throughout Texas. This position can be located out of any of our offices in Houston, Austin, or Dallas.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Oversee a team of Account Managers in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, providing guidance to ensure each team member reaches his or her maximum sales potential.
- Develop and execute plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers or territory.
- Drive and coordinate new business across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing to meet sales objectives.
- Utilize existing and develop new contacts to grow the company’s reach further.
- Partner with branch Service Managers to ensure workloads and schedules are optimized.
- Develop and modify sales forecasts and current sales reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Service experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of MEP systems
- Strong sales drive and initiative
- Must be comfortable prospecting for new customers
- Experience selling maintenance contracts is a plus
