This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Manager at KGS Steel, Inc. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Account Management skills
• Experience in lead generation and sales
• Strong customer satisfaction and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the steel industry and related products
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
