Commercial Construction and Maintenance is Hiring a Sales Account Manager Near Bessemer, AL

FLSA Status: Exempt

Base Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 commission

Location: Birmingham, AL

Type: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Are you a detail-oriented person passionate about contributing to a mission focused team in the construction industry? Commercial Construction & Maintenance, INC. is seeking a talented individual to join our Revenue Generation team as a sales account manager. This position is for an ambitious individual with a passion for sales and construction that thrives in a team atmosphere. As a sales account manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the success of our projects from start to finish in the Texas region. This is a full-time, position based out of Birmingham, AL Metro that includes moderate travel.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Relationship Management

o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

o Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their construction requirements including design build solutions and budget requirements.

· Sales Strategy and Execution

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting

o Collaborate with the sales team to create new ideas in order to develop new leads.

· Project Coordination

o Work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure seamless communication and understanding of client expectations from start to finish

o Work in conjunction with members of the revenue team including estimator and permitting coordinator to ensure the status of the preliminary tasks and communicating updates to the customer

o Own monthly progress billing process for each client, staying aware of the customer’s project revenue status and serving as a liaison with each client on any issues, as needed

· Market Analysis

o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities

o Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market trends on a regular basis

Qualifications

· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry or general contracting industry.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Experience in marketing, advertising or retail development preferred.

· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

· Ability to work 40 hours per week.

· Legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
