Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage over 300 vehicles in inventory
- Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
- Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining customer service index (CSI)
- Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
- Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals
