KGS Steel Inc. is looking for an energetic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our company. This position is responsible for generating sales and building a strong customer base. They will be responsible for working with existing customers to find new business, developing strong relationships with customers to ensure sales growth, and ensuring sales goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify needs of current and potential customers
  • Work with sales staff to close sales and set new appointments
  • Conducts cold calls to meet quota of calls per day established by company)
  • Identify opportunities for new business in assigned territory
  • Set appointments to ensure that customers get the attention they need, and meet or beat those expectations. Set appointments within the company’s CRM system to ensure that customers are seen in person.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM system. (CRM = Customer Relationship Management)
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services. (this is a key component of your role as it relates to customer satisfaction)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,107.00 - $57,874.00 per year
