Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring a Technical Product Owner Near St. Louis, MO

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a large telecommunications company in Saint Louis, MO, is looking for a Technical Product Owner. This resource will need 3-5 years of past experience in a TPO role, and will need advanced experience in Salesforce. This role will be very hands-on, can both gather requirements and present on the requirements gathering, have advanced communication skills both written and verbal, and will be able to communicate updates and team dynamics with stakeholders. While there is not an expectation to code, the Technical Product Owner needs to be able to understand the technical side, all the while being able to present, and translate tech happenings in layman's terms. This client is not looking for architects, as this role is not owning diagram responsibilities, rather this resource will need to be capable of influencing the business and product owners.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of past experience as a Technical Product Owner
* Advanced experience in Salesforce
* Experience with hands on admin work
* Experience gathering requirements, collaborating with cross functional teams, and communicating with stakeholders
* Advanced experience in presenting product knowledge and translating technical terms into layman's terms
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
