Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in driving change and implementing software solutions.
- Familiarity with Inovalon's ScriptMed Solution
- A solid grasp of data analytics' significance within a company.
- At least three years of experience in integrating and managing pharmacy dispensing systems.
- At least three years of familiarity with pharmacy operations.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, QlikSense, and Tableau.
- Skilled in SQL database reporting
- Exceptional analytical thinking and process visualization skills.
- Capable of leading teams through system changes and providing continuous support.
- Committed to change management and problem-solving.
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for solving complex issues.
- Detail-oriented with the flexibility to switch between tasks efficiently.
- Transparent, ethical, and motivated with a meticulous focus on details.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all organizational levels.
- Independent thinker, ready to initiate and back new ideas and projects.
- Proficient in financial management software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
