Kforce Technology Staffing is Hiring a Remote Product Owner

Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Product Owner. In this role, the Product Owner influences the work of others to drive small and medium projects to completion through effective collaboration, customer interaction, and IT coordination.

Responsibilities:
* Leads agile team supporting stakeholder requests and team deliverables; Coordinates agile ceremonies such as stand ups and retrospectives
* Works closely with business partners and IT development team to create solutions that meet business and technical requirements
* Represents the team in front of stakeholders, clients, or users
* Works in relevant structures to manage dependencies and set priorities across multiple teams and backlog items and to maintain alignment to the Product Vision and Release roadmap
* Participates in a cross-functional team of user experience partners, designers, business analysts, developers, testers, and others to develop, execute and release in alignment with program and/or product road maps
* Supports the team by working towards removing obstacles and directing focus on business priority
* Creates features, user stories and defect tickets as needed
* Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent education and/or related experience
* 5 years of relevant experience with working knowledge of Product Owner role and Azure DevOps (or similar software) delivering solutions using agile methodologies and processes
* Experience with Azure & Databricks
* Experience with building and maintaining a data lake environment
* Experience with HR terminology, HR background within a Product owner space
* Must be in one of these locations Florida , Oklahoma, Wisconsin, north Carolina, Missouri and Illinois, Texas , Michigan, and Utah
* Be comfortable talking; Can lead conversations
* Ability to talk in layman's term to stakeholders/ other Product Owners when discussing Cloud terminology
* Work very independently
* Strong communication skills
* Agile Project experience
* Agile environment experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
